A little about me

I’ve been a PT for 10 years, with thousands of hours on the gym floor.

Yes, I’m an actually a Personal Trainer.

Not one of these ‘get started online with no experience’ guys.

My focus?

To help men progress their training past the usual 'big and shredded' standard...

Because when life throws curve-balls at you, you need something more robust than “back and bi's” to get it done.

Through my own challenges in life, I found that I could push through by setting challenges that were uncomfortable but would give me a process to nail each day.

I got a PT to kick my arse when going through a break up. I changed careers and became a PT when I realised I wanted to work for myself after travelling. Im signed up for my first Triathlon to go way outside my comfort zone to get through the latest challenge and looking toward completing a full distance Ironman in the future.

To move forward, your program must be based on a challenge.

It’s the cornerstone of all human progress throughout history.

And your training is the same.
